• This morning,  Gen. David Petraeus snuck into the Capital to testify to the House Intelligence Committee. He will be giving his first closed-door testimony regarding the attack in Benghazi since he resigned as CIA Director. It is expected he will tell the committee he knew "almost immediately" the attack at the U.S. mission was a terrorist attack. It's not what he told the Congressional Committee on Sept. 14,  2012. Then he towed the administration's false narrative that the attack was "spontaneous" and a response to the anti-Muslim film (which about 3 people in the world actually viewed). Perhaps Petraeus will find some redemption today. I fully expect him to tell the truth.
• Letter to the Editor in NY Post today: "The former CIA leader doesn't appear very intelligent, his mistriss is spilling secrets, the FBI couldn't get into Libya to investigate the attack (at Benghazi) and Hillary Clinton was seen in Australia. Iran must be shaking in its boots." Tom Hoy
• Israel must unleash hell on Hamas. In just the last week, Hamas has now fired over 500 rockets into Southern Israel killing several children. This year alone, over 1000 rockets rained on Southern Israel from Gaza. Israelis have exactly 15 seconds to find cover when their "Red Alert" sirens wail. Put yourself in a similar position. Israelis have no other alternative but to respond to these terrorist attacks.

• It didn't take long for America to witness what many Americans witnessed in the debates regarding Pres. Obama's personality. In his first press conference in 8 months (he actually met with his union cronies the day before. Meaning, he met with his big money people before he addressed the nation), he was arrogant, petulant, evasive, and contentious. For example, when at least one reporter had the guts to ask Obama about Benghazi and UN Ambassador Susan Rice touting her false narrative about the attack, he bristled and said, "If they want to go after somebody, they should go after me." Juvenile . So much for his promise at being bi-partisan.
• Obama also appeared more upset when asked about Rice than about what happened at Benghazi where 4 Americans were murdered.
• Even more disturbing, he evaded the question about Benghazi and the lack of security at the mission.
• And, almost just as pathetic, was the performance of the presstitute corps. Some actually fawned over him. They were spoken to by Pres. Obama . And when the president danced around questions, they all failed to take him to task. And to think, they had to wait 8 months for a press conference and failed to ask any tough questions. For example one question I would have asked: When did you FIRST learn the FBI was investigating the CIA? Why didn't we know about these attacks before they happened when on-ground security personnel, including Amb. Stevens, warned of impending attacks? (there were many prior to the 9/11 attack). Why was additional security turned down when requested by in-country security personnel? Why did the administration continue to use the anti-Muslim film as the reason for the attacks when they already knew otherwise (that it was a terrorist attack)?
• Why didn't any reporter ask the president: Where the hell has Hillary Clinton, the Sect. of State, been all this time?
• After all of the talk at the press conference, we learned nothing more about Benghazi.
• Speaking of this scandal, news is now breaking that the FBI found classified information on Paula Broadwell's computer.
• There will be 3 separate hearings in Congress regarding Benghazi including one by Petraeus.

• I'm not going to spend much time on the Petraeus fallout. The focus of this blog will continue to be on Benghazi. Just one observation regarding  the Petraeus scandal, this is what we now know: It appears everyone was banging each other. I leave this scandal to the Kardashian crowd considering most of the players in this scandal will probably have a reality show within a year.
• I wonder how much more we would know if the presstitute media spent as much time on Benghazi as they have on this affair. This fallout has all been a convenient diversion from Benghazi for the administration.
• Breaking Now: Petraeus will be testifying before Congress regarding Benghazi. Of course, some of the questions that need to be asked of him (he testified the attack was spontaneous and a response to a non-existent anti-Muslim film. He also made an unannounced trip to Libya last month to investigate the 9/11 attack on the embassy): What did you know and when did you know it? Did you brief the President? If not, why not? Did you brief  Hillary Clinton? If not, why not? Let's hope he gives them straight answers. It could be one way of redeeming himself. I suspect he will.
• By the way, does anyone in America believe that the first time Pres. Obama heard about the Petraeus scandal was AFTER the election? If that's true, then this administration is way more incompetent than I could ever imagine.
• Pres. Obama has a news conference today. We'll see if the Presstitutes press him on Benghazi. I doubt it.

• Yesterday I wrote a piece about writing a fiction novel regarding the entire Petraeus affair entitled, "Taking Down The Company Man: How The FBI Blackmailed The CIA." It received some of the highest hits of any post I've ever had in one day. Perhaps the spooks got a hold of it.
• But now come reports that the top commander in Afghanistan, Gen. John Allen, might also be involved in this soap opera for alleged inappropriate communications with Jill Kelley. She's the woman who allegedly received threatening emails from Petraeus' mistress, Paula Broadwell. And if that's not enough, the FBI agent who Kelley first told about the threatening emails was taken off the case for sending her photos of himself shirtless (At least, he had more class than Anthony Weiner). • The unfortunate side effect of all these stories is that it diverts attention away from an episode that is much more important: the attack on our embassy in Benghazi. We know one thing: the Presstitutes don't only cover Obama. They cover for him.
• This episode with Petraeus also fits the Kardashian fans to a tee.
• And does anyone actually believe Pres. Obama just found out about this scandal last week? In other words, the president of the United States was not told the FBI was investigating the CIA director for months? If that's true, they're more incompetent than I thought.
• And now it's been reported that Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State, is refusing to testify about Benghazi.

My Fiction Novel: "Taking Down The Company Man: How The FBI Blackmailed The CIA."

As I was listening to one of the talk-show pundits this evening regarding the Petraeus affair, he gave me an idea that I think I will steal (why not? He's the one talking over the airwaves putting it out there).

My idea is to write a fiction novel about the director of the CIA who is blackmailed by the FBI (Again, this is purely fiction. That's for any CIA or FBI types monitoring my posts).  I'll call it, "Taking Down The Company Man: How The FBI Blackmailed The CIA."

The plot involves the FBI telling the CIA director they know he's having an affair. They know because---well---they've been monitoring his emails and the emails of his mistress. But, they do nothing at the time. After all, the man is the director of the CIA, one of the most powerful individuals in government.

Then, several months go by, and one of our foreign missions is attacked by terrorists. The president and his administration, including the State Department, tell the American people that the attack on this particular foreign consulate was the result of insurgents who were angry at some fool who produced an anti-Muslim film (Well, not really a film per see, a 14 minute trailer to a film no one has ever seen).

Anyway, the time arrives for the Director of the CIA to give his testimony to the Congressional Intelligence Committee regarding the attack on our embassy in this foreign country. The CIA director and the state department knew, prior to the attack on this embassy, security personnel had been warning the administration and state department that things were getting a tad dangerous. There had been attacks on this particular embassy in the months prior to the main attack that coincidentally took place on the anniversary of 9/11. In fact, the security personnel on the ground requested additional security, but they were denied---repeatedly.

• I'm still not certain how much voter fraud there was out there in this election. But reports are trickling out that appear to suggest there was a lot. For example, Philadelphia media is reporting that Romney received ZERO votes in 59 Philadelphia voting divisions. It's no surprise that Philadelphia is a very blue city, but zero votes? Impossible and points to voter fraud. If you recall, ACORN (a Democrat and Progressive cesspool), was involved in many cases of voter fraud.

• Well, under this administration, it didn't take long for yet another scandal to unfold. This one---Gen. Petraeus' affair---follows Benghazi. And the significance of both is this in my opinion: What dots will start being connected? Not only is there a CIA involvement, but now we have the FBI involved. And breaking in the last two days, there's yet another women entangled in this soap opera by the name of Jill Kelly. As of this report, there is no evidence she had an affair with Petraeus.  It's best to watch how this unravels. Like Benghazi, there are a lot of questions that need answered. It's much to early to speculate.
• For those who always blame Republicans for  being obstructionist, you need to know that claim is often absurd (for example, Democrats blamed Republicans for being obstructionist during Obama's first term, when the facts were Dems controlled all branches of government from 2008 to 2010). Now with the fiscal cliff looming over taxes and spending, the Democrats and their enablers in the press want Americans to believe its Republicans who will block the process. This weekend, Sen. Patty Murray (D-Washington State), said her party is willing to sink the economy if Republicans do not agree to taxing the rich---those making over $200-250k a year. Yes, they consider those Americans rich. NY Post
• And last week, the Market clearly expressed its opinion that they are skeptical that there will be any compromise. The Market was off over 400 points in the three days after the election. Historically, markets respond better after an election. No this time.
• The Presstitutes and Dems want Americans to believe Obama got a mandate. He did not.

• If you recall, New York's Mayor Bloomberg wanted the NYC Marathon to still be held just days after Sandy came ashore and thousands of Americans were still displaced. He was convinced to cancel the event, but some interesting news broke today regarding the Marathon organizers.  They routinely proclaim how much money they give to charity. Well, it's not much relative to their revenue. For example,  in 2011, they collected over $53 million.  And they gave less than 1/2 mil to charity. In fact, the salary of their CEO, Mary Wittenberg, is more than what was given to charity. She clocks in at just over $500k a year. NY Post
• According to reports, FEMA is sending a lot of "liaisons" into the hardest hit areas of NYC, but few rescue workers. Sandy is Obama's Katrina, but you will never read that in the knee pad media.
• As in every post election autopsy, the Republicans are starting to do a self-examination. As I wrote last week, demographics will certainly play a key role in the Party's future. Having said that, they also have to be careful of over-analyzing. Romney lost by less than 3 million votes. Every incumbent starts out with at least a 10 pt. advantage. Historically, it's been tough to unseat an incumbent. And while Republicans and conservatives need to find ways to make themselves more attractive to younger voters, Hispanics and women, I'd be careful about over-correcting. For example, regarding Hispanics, maybe it's not that they don't like Republicans. Maybe it all about Hispanics thinking Republicans don't like them.
