- Huge donors to political campaigns have long been receiving plumb jobs in government. However, the Obama administration has raised that cronyism to an art form---an art form reeking of corruption. The Center for Public Integrity reported recently that almost 80% of bundlers who raised $500,000 or more for Obama were appointed to posts in the administration. But even more disturbing, the administration has given huge amounts of taxpayer money to failed companies, the most publicized have been in the solar and green industries. "There's never been more money shoved out of the government's door in world history," said George Kaiser who was a major stakehoder in Solyndra. In fact, in 2009, this creep bragged about all the "face time" he secured with White House officials in the West Wing. Emails uncovered by Congressional investigators reveal Solyndra helped secure its $535 million loan gurantee with the help of Steve Spinner, another prominent Obama donor. In fact, Spinner was later appointed to the White House transition team and later served as "chief strategic operations officer" of the Department of Energy. Now keep this in mind folks. Solyndra went bankrupt; yet these crony scumbags still received cushy government appointments.
- But it does not end there. Spinner's wife Allison worked for a law firm that represented Solyndra and several other green companies that applied for taxpayer funding. In fact, her law firm received over $2 mil in federal funds in legal fees associated with Solyndra's loan application. The quid pro quo was so outrageous even the Washington Post described it as a "real scandal." Folks, I can write several more pages about other donors and bundlers to the Obama campaign that have done similar things in the last three years under this administration. - The Dems and Left are attacking Chick-fil-A because CEO Dan Cathy said he believes in traditional marriage. Yet, he never once mentioned anything about being anti-gay. But, the (in)tolerant Left, those who constantly preach to us about tolerance and the First Amendment, want to shut him down. In fact, Rahm Emanuel, current mayor of Chicago and former senior advisers to Obama, said he does not want Chick-fil-A to do business in Chicago. In other words, this is another example of the Left attacking business, jobs creation, free speech and faith. And this comes from a guy whose city is one of the most violent in America right now; yet, he has time to bash Chick-fil-A. I say: I'll be eating at Chick-fil-A every damn chance I get.
- Twitter is down today across the globe. Too bad for Greek Olympian Voula Papachristou. Yesterday she Tweeted a statement that was perceived as being racist. I read it. It was definitely inappropriate. As a result, she was ousted from the Greek Olympic team. Too bad, she is one hot babe.

- And while I'm on beautiful people, The Hill (a political beltway publication) just published their top 50 beautiful people in Washington. As usual, the list is dominated by Republicans.
- In the "Why Didn't I Think of That" File, a market in NY City launched their "main isle." That portion of the store caters to what men purchase and puts our stuff in one isle. I wonder if a "Man Cave Store" would work?
