"Somewhere in Kenya, a village is missing its Empty Chair." Tweet by Finn
- Today is National Empty Chair Day. Many Americans will be placing empty chairs on their front lawns today. Polls have shown that Clint Eastwood's Empty Chair strategy has been vindicated (Hot Air).
- But a question did pop into my head and I Tweeted it last night. What if the Empty Chair had a child, what would it look like? I found the answer (image above).
- Well, Democrats and Liberals will have to ask themselves a tough question: Is Bill Clinton a racist? Considering they always file that claim against Republicans and Conservatives, they are faced with a dilemma. According to the New Yorker, Clinton, in a remark to the late Ted Kennedy, said, "A few years ago, this guy would have been carrying out bags." The comment was similar to the one attributed to Bubba in a 2010 book when he was alleged to have said, "A few years ago, this guy would have been getting us coffee." This should surprise no one because Edward Klein, in his book "The Amateur," wrote Clinton referred to Obama as "incompetent" and "an amateur."
- We certainly know if any of those comments were attributed to a Republican, he/she would be proclaimed a racist. How do I come to that conclusion? Because they do it anyway with absolutely no proof. One just has to review the remarks made by that dufis, Chris Mathews, last week.
- And the NY Post is reporting today that Obama advisors tried to keep Clinton off the big stage at their convention this week. But David Axelrod argued that Obama needs Clinton more than Clinton needs Obama. Clinton, by many observers, will be used to remind the voters of "glory days" of Clinton's administration hoping Obama can ride those coattails.
- Another question arises: Considering it's common knowledge the Obama's and Clinton's dislike each other, will Bubba try to upstage President Obama? It has been reported that Hillary Clinton will conveniently be out of the country this week during the DNC Convention.
- When are voters going to learn that they have been betrayed by the Democrats who promised them things we cannot afford?
- And for those 20 million + Americans out of work, do you really want another 4 years of this?
- Of course, the question that will haunt Democrats this week is the one asked by Pres. Reagan when he ran against Jimmy Carter. It will be asked over and over again. The fact is Democrats don't have any good answer to that question (above).
- According to Gallup, the president's approval rating is now a dismal 43%.
- And to make matters worse, Slo Joe Biden's U-Haul with his equipment on it was stolen while he was in Detroit. Question: where was the Secret Service? Oh, yeah, they must have pulled their detail off Biden to work for Valerie Jarrett (it was reported widely last week that Jarrett, Obama's trusted advisor and the person who is really running the country, has full Secret Service protection.
- And if things could not get any worse for Democrats, The Voter Integrity Project reported they found 30,000 dead North Carolinians registered to vote. Who said we don't need voter ID laws?
- There's a good reason why it took Pres. Obama so long to get down to the La. area, he traveled in one of these:
