Paul Ryan Brief: Part II; Knee-Pad Presstitutes Have Already Begun Demonizing Ryan; Congratulations To the USA Olympic Team

Voting for Obama is like thinking a stripper is giving you a lap dance because she really likes you...Twitter feed

"High unemployment, declining incomes and crushing debt is not the new normal...It's the result of misguided policies." Paul Ryan yesterday

Yesterday I wrote a piece describing Paul Ryan and his political background. But what can we expect of him if he and Romney are elected? Using his "Path to Prosperity" as a guide, we can expect the following:
  • Cutting corporate tax rates and individual tax rates from 35% to 25%
  • Creating one low tax rate of 10% for Americans filing jointly with incomes under $100k.
  • Privatizing Medicare by 2023 exempting anyone age 55 or over. Raises eligibility for Medicare from 65 to67.
  • Returns federal share of Medicaid to state control through block grants by 2013.
  • Repeals ObamaCare.
  • Leaves Social Security and Defense alone.
  • Cuts the federal work force by 10% over three years through attrition.
  • Reduces federal spending at home by almost $6 trillion over the next 10 years.

What about Paul Ryan's background?

  • He's the youngest of four children from a Roman Catholic family.
  • His father died while Ryan was still a teenager. He was left to care for his grandmother who suffered from Alzheimer's. His mother returned to school.
  • He was an excellent student, class president and "Prom King."
  • He attended Miami University in Ohio and studied economics and Poly Sci.
  • He worked for his family's construction company. He also worked as a personal trainer (he's still a gym rat and watches what he eats). He also waited at a Mexican restaurant.
  • He's a avid bow hunter. He taught his daughter to shoot a rifle.
  • He wrestles catfish with his bare hands.
  • When in D.C., he leads workout sessions with Congressional staffers every morning.
  • When in Washington, he sleeps in his office on a rollout bed.
  • He makes his own Polish sausage.
  • He won his first seat in Congress in 1998 at age 28, the youngest member of that congressional class.
  • His wife, Janna, has degrees from Wellesley College and George Washington University.
  • They have three children ages 10, 8 and 7, a girl and two boys.
  • He's currently Chair of the House Budget Committee.
  • He firmly believes in the free market, equality of opportunity and consumer choice.

When supporters interrupt Obama, they chant, "Obama." When they interrupt Romney, they chant, "USA."...paraphrasing Twitter feed.
There is one thing certainly clear about Romney's picking Ryan as his running mate. Optimism is back among Republicans and conservatives. If the polls were accurate in the last several weeks (and many are weighted more heavily Democrat), Romney's campaign was having a problem keeping up with Obama. I, as well as many others, now feel Ryan has significantly changed the dynamics of this campaign.
And for those who say Romney and Ryan lack private sector and foreign policy experience, I'd advise them to review Pres. Obama's experience in 2008. One thing you can count on, the knee-pad, presstitutes will spend much more time looking into Paul Ryan's past than they did with Obama in 2008. You can take that to the bank.
If Romney and Ryan do get elected, imagine the mess they are inheriting.
But Ryan is lucky, because he will be debating this guy:

Congratulations to the USA Olympic Team---46 Gold Medals. We kicked every country's ass in almost every event. God Bless America!!!
