Forget About Apologizing For Obamacare---Apologize For The Misery + Pain Imposed Upon The Nation

Pres. Obama's approval rating is down to 39%. And Toronto Mayor Rob Ford, who admitted to smoking crack went up to 49%. How does this make Obama feel? He'd be better off smoking crack than passing Obamacare...Leno

Personally, I really don't care whether Pres. Obama apologized for Obamacare.  Perhaps if I lost my health insurance, I would. Regardless, I think he was too late in his apology. In addition, if an apology is important to millions of Americans, then every stinkin' politician who voted for Obamacare should also apologize (hear that Pelosi?). Even more disturbing, we now know from many reports the Obama administration was well aware of this outcome---Americans losing their health insurance (makes one wonder if that was his plan all along). In fact, some senators, who urged Sebelius to resign, wrote this week: "Regrettably, these problems were diagnosed early and ignored."

I would like to hear an apology from this president and his enablers---including his enablers in the media and all the others who lied---for the pain and misery the administration imposed on the nation for the past five years. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Increasing the nation's debt by trillions in just the last 5 years.
  • The continued high unemployment.
  • The continued high poverty now standing at almost 50 million.
  • Wasting millions of taxpayer dollars on meaningless Czars.
  • Poor treatment of our military and veterans (during sequestration and the shutdown, they were usually the first to be targeted and impacted).
  • The billions wasted on Solyndra type of "investments.'
  • Higher taxes.
  • A failed foreign policy toward Egypt, Libya, Syria (remember that "red line?"), Iran, Russia (how's that flexibility working for you Mr. President?).
  • To bullying Americans but being soft with our enemies and offending our allies, e.g. Israel, Poland, Great Britain just to name a few.
  • One scandal after another from Fast and Furious, to Benghazi, to IRS political targeting , to the NSA to the GSA to spying on the press to...
  • For the conspicuous lies told to the American people for almost everything associated with the attack on our consulate in Benghazi. We can start with using that video as a primary reason for the attack.
  • For holding on to incompetent government employees who deserve to be fired including Eric Holder, Sebelius,  and IRS officials responsible for political targeting.
  • To the countless broken promises especially when it comes to the promises about government transparency.
  • And so much more...

We can only imagine how much more dishonesty we can expect from an administration that still has three years left in its tenure. The thought should frighten every American who cares about this great country.
