The Presstitutes In The Media Interrogate Republicans About Iraq---But Democrats? Not So Much

"@TheDemocrats. What the living fuck is wrong with you." David Burge and his Tweet about Democrats Memorial Day Tweet showing an image of Mr. Obama eating an ice cream cone.

Unless you missed it, Bob Woodward of Watergate fame reported last week that George W. Bush didn't lie about WMD's to justify the war in Iraq. In fact, Bush even demanded that his staff not "stretch" the truth about WMD's in Iraq. Of course, it was revealed that every intelligence agency on earth, including ours and the UN, believed Iraq had WMD's.

That report got me to thinking. If you've been following the campaign news in the last month, you've seen and heard the media pressing Republicans with this question: "Knowing what you know now, would you again vote and support George W. Bush in the invasion of Iraq?"

Unfortunately and by design, the presstitutes in the media have not been asking Democrats---including Hillary Clinton and John F. Kerry---the same question. So allow me to take a few moments to ask the following the very same question after you read what they said prior to our invasion of Iraq.

  • "Without question, we need to disarm Saddam Hussein...the threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is real."...J. F. Kerry, Jan. 23, 2003.
  • "In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuilt his chemical and biological weapons stock...and his nuclear program...I cast {my vote for the war} with conviction." The then Sen. Hillary Clinton, Oct. 10, 2002.
  • "We have known for many years that Saddam Hussein is seeking and developing weapons of mass destruction." The late Sen. Ted Kennedy, Sept. 27, 2002.
  • "We know that he has stored secret supplies of biological and chemical weapons throughout his country." Al Gore, Sept. 23, 2002.
  • "Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass destruction technology which is a threat to countries in the region..." Nancy Pelosi,  Dec. 16, 1998.
  • "We want to seriously diminish the threat posed by Iraq's weapons of mass destruction." Pres. Bill Clinton, Feb. 17, 1998.
You get the picture. And there are literally countless quotes like this from Democrats prior to our engaging Saddam Hussein in 2003.

So what can be the reason why the presstitutes are suddenly interested in asking only Republicans this question? There's only a few. One---to distract voters from the every growing scandals associated with Hillary Clinton. In other words, to protect her and to destroy any Republican who will run against her. In addition, the question is also meant to protect Mr. Obama from the very real fact that his actions in the last several years gave rise to ISIS.

And the other is to put only Republicans on the defensive even though Democrats also exerted pressure on G.W. Bush to invade Iraq. And while Republicans should have been ready for this question, it clearly shows the bias---once again---of the main stream media.

There's nothing left to say other than it's what we should expect from the presstitutes in the press for the next 18 months.
